1. Who these terms are with

These terms cover this website and the online course "Claude Code for Mobile App Developers" (the "course"), taught by Neetu Sharma and sold by Neetu Sharma ("we", "us"). By buying the course or using this website, you agree to these terms, our privacy policy and our refund policy.

2. What you get

Everything is delivered digitally on TagMango. Nothing is shipped.

3. Price and payment

4. Access

5. What you need separately

Claude Code is made by Anthropic and is not part of this purchase. To use it you need a paid Claude plan or an Anthropic API account, bought from Anthropic. You also need a computer that can run Claude Code and your own development tools.

6. Licence and fair use

7. Certificate

The certificate shows that you completed this course. It is not a certification from Anthropic and not a formal academic qualification.

8. Refunds

All sales are final, with a few exceptions such as duplicate payments. See the refund policy.

9. Course updates

Claude Code changes often, so some screens, commands or menus in the videos may look different in the version you use. We may update, add to or improve lessons and kit files over time.

10. No guaranteed results

The course teaches a way of working with Claude Code. We don't promise any particular result, job, income or speed-up. Any earnings example or target on our pages, such as Petmeetly or the $3,000 to $5,000 a month goal, is not typical and is not a promise. Code produced with AI tools can be wrong or insecure: review it, test it and keep it in version control before you ship it.

11. Chat room

Be respectful, don't spam and don't share paid course content. We may remove anyone who breaks these rules from the chat room.

12. Trademarks and independence

This is an independent course. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by Anthropic. Claude and Claude Code are trademarks of Anthropic. Other product names (such as React Native, Expo, Swift, SwiftUI, Kotlin, Flutter, Figma, GitHub and Jira) belong to their owners and are used only to describe what the course covers.

13. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about the course is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect losses, or for loss of code or data while using AI tools, so keep backups. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Indian consumer law.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in India have jurisdiction over any dispute.
